Our very first competition! This is a tailgate. A tailgate competition is wings and ribs. There is also a Kids Q (have to consider that for when the kids get older), and two people’s choice competitions: pulled pork and wings.

Highlights: Our wings came in 9th out of 36 teams, our first shout out. Not bad for first timers.

Wow! There's actually such thing as BBQ competition. I've always loved BBQ since then but it was also the first time for me to know such joyful event.
