The presented dishes were very interesting. It seems that you have a very good menu for the presentation for every category of this season's competition. Do not be afraid, and show what you've got, I am pretty sure that these dishes will impress the panelists and also the audience. It is normal to be anxious, it is always part of the preparation. Good luck in the competition, enjoy on what you are doing because you love it, and I am sure that the audience will love the attitude you had in you.

Pit Fiend BBQ is a very interesting and a really amazing website. I have been following you since your first season. You talk about a lot of events centered around food, more specifically on the BBQ. It is actually mouth watering and appetite awakening. I am very fond of the way you handle things, from events and cooking to the preparation. Season one was a masterpiece! I hope that this season trumps that. Continue to raise the bar for all the BBQ lovers out there.

The wings look really delicious and also the ribs. I love wings and ribs and adding a beer has been the best combination ever. Base on the pictures above the wings are well cooked same as the ribs. I hope that I can taste your ribs and wings real soon. Creating your own sauce for the ribs will really add a great value to it. I hope that in the next competition your ribs and wings will get to the top and win the competition.
